As with any major release, AutoCAD 2028 raises the hardware bar. The Neural Engine requires a dedicated NPU (Neural Processing Unit).

Note: Users still on Windows 10 or macOS 13 will be locked out of the Neural Snapping features, though basic drafting remains functional.
