Sideloading is the act of installing software (applications, files, or patches) onto a device without using the official app store. For Android-based headsets like the Meta Quest 2, Quest 3, or Quest Pro, sideloading means transferring files from a PC to the headset via a USB cable, bypassing the Meta Horizon Store.
