Once cheat.db is installed, using cheats is simple:

Solution (Android 11+):
Google restricted access to /Android/data/. Use PPSSPP’s "Use Storage Access Framework" option in Settings → System → Storage. Then navigate to your Downloads folder or create a PSP/CHEATS folder on your root internal storage.
