Microsoft has partnered with HyperX to distribute drivers and software through the Microsoft Store. Gone are the days of searching through obscure support pages for ".exe" files.

Here is the official method to get the latest drivers and control software:

Step 1: Open the Microsoft Store Press the Windows Key on your keyboard, type "Microsoft Store," and open the application.

Step 2: Search for NGENUITY In the search bar of the Microsoft Store, type "HyperX NGENUITY" and press Enter.

Step 4: Connect Your Headset Once installed, launch NGENUITY. Plug your HyperX Cloud II USB dongle into your PC. The software should automatically detect the headset and prompt you to update the firmware if one is available.
