As of 2024, no. Unlike the NBI clearance, which is fully online (except for biometrics renewal), DSWD clearance still requires an in-person interview and biometrics capture for first-time applicants. However, renewals (if within one year and no changes in status) can sometimes be processed online. Check the DSWD e-Services portal for updates.
