As of 2025, the Feetoverforty Sophia brand is expanding. Sophia has launched a certification course for "Foot Fitness Coaches," aiming to bring her methodology into physical therapy clinics and senior centers. She has also hinted at a proprietary "Toe Spacer" designed specifically for the aging foot shape—wider in the toe box but snug in the heel.
