Before attempting to download or flash any firmware, you must confirm your exact model number. The TCL 30 SE has regional variants.

This means the bootloader is locked, and you flashed unofficial firmware. Solution: Unlock the bootloader (wipes data) or flash back to official signed TCL firmware.
