Gamesir T4 Pro Update Firmware

Go to the GameSir download page. Look for "GameSir T4 Pro Firmware" or "GameSir Firmware Update Tool." As of 2024/2025, they have consolidated many tools, but ensure the name explicitly says T4 Pro. (Pro Tip: The file is usually named something like "GameSir T4 Pro_Firmware_vX.X.zip")

The GameSir T4 Pro is widely regarded as one of the best budget-to-mid-range wireless controllers on the market. Why? Because it offers a feature set that rivals the Xbox Elite controller—Hall Effect sensing joysticks (in newer revisions), programmable macros, RGB lighting, and multi-platform compatibility (Switch, PC, iOS, Android)—at a fraction of the price. However, like any sophisticated piece of hardware, the T4 Pro runs on firmware. This low-level software dictates how the buttons respond, how stable the Bluetooth connection is, and how the gyroscope performs. If you have never updated your GameSir T4 Pro firmware, you are likely leaving performance (and battery life) on the table. Go to the GameSir download page

But here is the catch: Updating the T4 Pro is not as straightforward as clicking "Update" in Steam. It requires a specific tool, a particular cable, and a precise sequence of button presses. Is your GameSir T4 Pro disconnecting

In this 2,500+ word deep-dive, we will walk you through why you need to update, how to do it safely, how to fix “bricked” controllers, and what each new firmware version actually fixes.

Is your GameSir T4 Pro disconnecting? Are the triggers acting up? Or do you just want to make sure you have the latest features? Updating your firmware is the single best way to fix bugs and improve controller performance.

Many users find the update process slightly confusing because the method changes depending on how you connect. Here is the step-by-step guide to getting your T4 Pro running perfectly.
