Possibilities:
Search your entire C: drive for "Quantv" and delete any remaining folders (usually in C:\ProgramData\, C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Local\, or C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\Roaming\).
If you want to keep other mods but only remove QuantV, do not delete ScriptHookV.dll or dinput8.dll unless those are exclusively used by QuantV. Some mods share those files. Instead, just delete the QuantV folder and QuantV-specific .asi files.
