Pennsylvania Drivers License .psd Free Template Site
Real PA licenses are printed on Teslin (a synthetic paper) and laminated, or on PVC plastic (like a credit card). A paper printout with laminate will look fake instantly. To make a prop look real, you need a PVC card printer ($500+), which is a huge red flag for law enforcement.
As of recent years, Pennsylvania has transitioned to the REAL ID Act compliant license. A standard PA license is distinct from a REAL ID, though both share similar layouts.
If you are 19 years old and a police officer sees you with a PA license PSD on your laptop, even if it says “PROP,” they can confiscate your computer and charge you with “Possession of Instruments of Fraud” (a misdemeanor in PA). You would win in court, but the legal fees would be thousands.

Step 4: Add the “PROP” watermark. Create a new layer above all others. Type “VOID – PROP” or “NOT A GOVERNMENT ID” in bright red (#FF0000). Set the Opacity to 15% and rotate it 45 degrees across the entire document. This protects you legally.
Step 5: The back side.
Most PSDs only include the front. A complete prop requires the back, which includes the barcode and magnetic stripe. Add a simple barcode via Filter > Render > Fibers or download a generic barcode generator.
Step 6: Save. Export as a High Quality JPEG for printing on PVC card stock. Do not save as PDF if you plan to print at a pharmacy—they may refuse to print government IDs.
Warning: High scam zone. However, some users share “blank PSDs” for portfolio use. Look for posts with “PROP” clearly stated.
