After applying the fixes:
If error persists, check RagePluginHook.log in the GTA V folder for specific blocked file names (e.g., System.Runtime.CompilerServices.Unsafe.dll blocked).
Solution: Check your graphics drivers. RPH hooks DirectX. Corrupted or outdated GPU drivers can trigger false security blocks. Use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to cleanly reinstall your Nvidia or AMD drivers.
If you are on a work computer or a heavily customized Windows install, the admin may have disabled DLL injection via Group Policy.
Solution: You may need to use a different PC or contact your system admin. Modding is often impossible on locked-down enterprise systems.
