If a worker breaks a finger, Schedule G requires a Preliminary Incident Report (PIR) uploaded to Aramco’s Incident Management System within 24 hours. Even if the injury is minor. Failure to report a "first aid case" is treated as hiding a "recordable case."

In extreme cases (e.g., a subcontractor causing a fire or injury), the prime contractor may be invoiced for the full cost of production loss—which can run into hundreds of millions of Saudi riyals.
