Microsoft Power Automate has a native Zoho CRM connector. You can set a flow that watches for updated records and pushes them into an Excel table stored in SharePoint.

In Zoho Projects, create a "Post-Mortem Report" template in Zoho Sheet. Use the Office Link to pull data regarding Actual vs. Planned Hours, Task Completion Rate, and Bug Count. At the end of the project, you don't write a report; you simply open the linked sheet, and the DTA engine populates the analytics for you.
